Steps to score high in this years SKUSAT CBT CONTEST

I tell you that if you follow this steps, you will surely make it in the coming SKUSAT test.
  1. Get yourself acquainted with the the SKUSAT pre-test questions.
  2. After visiting the above link, Click on any of the packages, Basic Level, Standard Level and Scholar Level. fig 1.0
  3. Select any of the levels and you will be taken to a page to login. Fig 2.0.
  4. Type in your name and click on Continue.
  5. You will be directed to a page to practice the questions, keep on practicing at different Levels as chances of scaling through is directly proportional to the number of times you practice the questions.

This is to inform all University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) Staff who have children/ wards who would be taking the 2017 UTME Examination that registration is currently ongoing at the Zenith Bank ICT Centre very close to Lion water.



The Registration details are as follows:

Registration Begins: 20th March, 2017.

Registration Closes: 19th April, 2017.

How to Apply for NNPC/Chevron Scholarship Awards

Registered existing awardees need not apply but refer to the steps outline in the invitation email.
Unregistered existing awardees should apply using the steps below:

    Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents;

    1. Passport photograph with white background not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
    2.  School ID card
    3.  Admission letter
    4. Birth certificate
    5. O’ Level result
    6. JAMB Result



    a. Ensure the documents are named according to what they represent to avoid mixing up documents during upload.
    b. Ensure you attach the appropriate documents when asked to upload.

‡To apply, visit www.scholastica.ng/schemes/cnlawards and follow the steps below:

    1.    Click on “Apply Now” tab.
    2.    Click on “Register Now” to create an account.
    3.    Proceed to your email box to activate your account
    4.    Click on http://scholastica.ng/schemes/cnlawardsto return to Scholarship site
    5.    Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
    6.    Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), educational  information, other information and upload required scanned documents.
    7.    Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.
    8.    Ensure you view all documents after uploading, to eliminate errors during uploading.
    9.    When asked to upload photo, upload a pass-port photograph with a white background.
    10.  Recheck application information to avoid errors
    11.  Click “Apply Now” to submit information
    12.  You will receive an email and a sms that confirms your application was successful.
    13.  Return to www.scholastica.ng, enter your Email and Password to download your profile and proceed to have your Head of Department sign the document.
    14.  Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile, this would be used for verification.
    15.  If National Identification Number (NIN) number was not available in step 6, to obtain your National Identification Number (NIN)

    Visit http://ninenrol.gov.ng to register and learn more about the National Identity Number
    Click “Create Account” and fill in the required fields
    Login with Email and Password to complete the form
    After completion, schedule a date for photo and finger print capture
    Visit any of the 37 capture centres http://www.nimc.gov.ng/?q=nin-registration-centres to complete the registration process and obtain your National Identity Number
    You can also do your total registration at the NIMC office

    Return to http://www.scholastica.ng/schemes/cnlawards and update application with National Identification Number (NIN) to ensure completion.

Note: Multiple applications attract a disqualification penalty from the Scholarship board.

In line with our e-scholarship administration system, selected students will be invited for computer-administered qualifying tests in selected examination centers nationwide. Short-listed candidates for the qualifying test will be invited by email and SMS text messages. All applicants are therefore advised to ensure that GSM telephone numbers and personal email addresses are properly entered into the e-forms on the web site.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER VALID PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS.

Please note that applicants for the NNPC / CNL JV scholarship are ineligible to apply for any other scholarship program sponsored by Chevron Nigeria Limited, its JV Partners, or any of its affiliates, including the Agbami scholarship program published simultaneously with this NNPC / CNL JV scholarship program.

READ FULL NEWS: UNN Student Shot Dead!



Today, University of Nigeria Nsukka campus has today witnessed what turned out to be a sad event. A student was shot dead at Hiltop, a location notorious for criminal activities in the school.
The dead student has been identified as Emmanuel Joseph aka Big Joe, a third year student of Political science.

Some have attributed the cause of the incident to a cult clash, but this is yet to be ascertained as, at the time of this report, no official statement has been released by the school authorities concerning the incident yet.

There has also been reports of shootings going on around Hilltop. Residents are advised to be cautious and stay indoors to allow the security agents handle the situation.

UNN Moodle Quiz Process Flow for Students

We are pleased to inform you that University of Nigeria, has madr it clear to students how to go about wit the process flow for the quiz that will coming up from the 27th to 31th of March, 2017.


Process flow for UNN moodle quiz 

Students are to follow the following steps to get to the moodle to write the test:
1. Go to moodle.unn.edu.ng.

2. Click on Login at the top right corner of the page displayed.

3. Enter your username and password (Matrix NO without the forward slash and same password used on the univesity portal), click on the login button.

4. Scroll down to course categories and click on the unit of the GS course you registered for falls.

5. The units opens up and a list of all the courses under the unit are displayed.

6. Look for the course you registered. (Example: HUMANITIES: LOGIC, PHILOSOPHY AND HUMAN EXISTENCE (GSP 207) QUIZ) nad click on the course.

NB: This must be the course you registered for.
7. Click on the course Title, and type in the enrollment key (UNN/GS/2016-17/QUIZ). Click on the unmask checkbox to see what you are typing in.

8. Click on the Quiz with the name of your department attached.

Example: QUIZ FOR PSYCHOLOGY, LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCE AND MEDICAL HEALTH SCIENCES (BATCH A - 8.00AM - 8.10AM)

9. Attempt the quiz.
